I also offer my congratulations and gratitude to outgoing Prime MinisterBenjamín Netanyahu for his tremendous legacy of service to the State of Israel. He is perhaps the most consequential leader in the country's history. His steadfast commitment to the homeland of Jewish people and histireless resolve to secure the only democracy in the Middle East will be remembered for generations. Bibi, thank you for nearly two decades ofglobal leadership and your friendship along the way.
